Blogger/ Social Media/ Content Manager:

To engage with customers on a daily basis with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers and turning customers into advocates.

Administer the company’s social media marketing and advertising. Administration includes but is not limited to:

  • Writing and editing relevant posts for publication on the website or blog

  • Researching topics thoroughly to ensure that all content is accurate

  • Creating engaging visual content such as photographs or videos that support blog posts

  • Promoting blog posts across social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Twitter

  • Developing brand identity, awareness while maintaining our amazing reputation

  • Providing excellent customer service and to readers who have questions about products or services mentioned in blog posts

  • Creating and maintaining relationships with other bloggers in the industry

  • SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic

  • Deliberating planning, strategy and goal setting by creating an editorial calendar and publishing schedule and promoting content through social advertising and marketing campaigns.

  • Leveraging the right tools to manage your content. I recommend PostPlanner and Buffer, however there are many tools that can/will fit your needs.

  • Integrating all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)

This is a remote, part-time position. Specific titles and/or duties for this position may also include:

  • Digital Marketing Manager

  • Content Marketing Manager

  • Customer Experience Manager

  • Community Manager
